Role Description
This is a contract role for an Event Manager based in London with flexibility for remote work. The Event Manager will be responsible for overseeing planning and execution of events, from concept to completion. They must have an ability to lead projects, managing client relationships and planning meetings with our clients, whilst overseeing suppliers and team members to drive everything forward. Ultimately the Event Manager will manage budgets, liaise with clients and stakeholders, whilst supervising our team members and freelance staff. The Event Manager will also be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of marketing and advertising campaigns for each event, digital marketing experience would be a good asset to have.
Qualifications
Strong organisational, project management, and time management skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with and lead a team.
Experience in event planning, production, and execution.
Understanding of marketing and advertising principles, with a strong knowledge in social media marketing as a minimum.
Experience using project management and design software, whilst being competent at using all google sheets and docs.
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Experience in the music, media, entertainment or sports background is a plus.
