In It Together Festival
In It Together Festival, dubbed the “Welsh Glastonbury” is Wales’ biggest ever music festival at 35,000 capacity (and growing to 50,000), held at Old Park Farm in Margam.
The 4 day camping festival has previously welcomed artists such as Two Door Cinema Club, Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds, Clean Bandit, Editors, Tinie Tempah, Gabrielle, John Newman, Soul 2 Soul, The Vaccines, The Kooks, James Bay, Anne-Marie, James, Natalie Imbruglia, Groove Armada, Solis Crew, Becky Hill and many more. It’s certainly one of the highlights in our summer festival calendar!
Full Fat produces these shows and is ultimately responsible for the overall delivery of this annual extravaganza.
Full Fat sits in the Event Producer Role on this festival since its inception in 2022.
Budgetary Control, Cash flow Forecasting / Ticket trend analysis.
Appointing and overseeing comms with all stakeholders, suppliers, and key agencies.
Running point on all SAG meetings, liaising with Licensing, Environmental Health and the wider emergency services.
Managing the Event Planning Documentation process - ESMP, NMP, AMP, CMP, MMP, TMP, RA's and more.
Working alongside our production team on the build of the festival, as well as the operational delivery of the festival.
Ultimately being responsible for the delivery and safety of the Festival.
