Officially recognised as London’s largest Oktoberfest, Full Fat was engaged to oversee key aspects of the event’s delivery. Our role included securing the event licence, procuring all infrastructure and production requirements, and appointing and managing key contractors and suppliers. This covered everything from structures, site teams and plant to production, temporary power, toilets, cabins, Wi-Fi, noise management, health & safety, medical and security provisions.

The vibrant, German-themed celebration attracted tens of thousands of visitors to Clapham Common and proved a major success for the promoters, cementing its place as a much-anticipated fixture in the capital’s events calendar.
